Hey!
Me and Dad are waiting @ the Ferry terminal in the lineup. We hope that it would be possible, that we could board the Ferry early!
We are watching the movie "Diary Of A Wimpy Kid", on Netflix, on my Dads laptop. Luckily there is free WiFi @ the Terminal.
We are a little bit early, so hopefully we will be boarding in a couple of hours, and maybe we will be on the new Ferry, not one of the gross old ones.

Kelly's Mountain.. Day 01!
At the moment, we are passing over Kelly's Mountain, and stopping for Pictures!
The snowbanks were AT LEAST 8 ft. They were 4 ft. over the guard rails! Very scary looking over.

We also went over a big green bridge, that we think is called the Bridoor Bridge!

We are 20 km to the Sydney Ferry, that will take us to Port Aux Basque, NFLD!
So far we have drove 397.7 km. All of the radio stations are different, because of Cape Breton!
From the past couple minutes, we have drove 10 km, and we are now only 10 km away from the Ferry terminal!

Day 01, Heading to Ferry Terminal!
So right now Dad and I, have stopped to get gas for the truck! We burn more gas, becauses of the HUGE, HEAVY, METAL, trailer that we are hauling!
@ the gas station, the washroom is OUTSIDE! and it S-T-I-N-K-S!
We are now heading to the Ferry Terminal, for boarding, hoping we will be leaving on time.

Day 01. Cape Breton & Mother Webbs
Hello! Me and my father have arrived in Cape Breton! So far it has been a VERY long drive. But we are making it!
3:22 PM~ We are on the Alexander Grahmbell highway, by Baddack! Alexander Grahmbell invented the telephone! He sent the 1st telephone signal to "Signal Hill" NFLD, Saint Johns!
We already passed Saint Avex University.
We stopped @ Mother Webbs for lunch @ 2:30 PM! (: I had a Grilled Cheese, and Dad had a Seafood Chowder! Yummm.
Here is a Social Studies question for everyone!~ What does "Nova Scotia" mean?
Also~ What is the heritage of the people in Cape Breton?

Pictou, Day 01
Here comes a long post! Thanks for reading.

We are going by exit 22, that will take us to the town of Pictou! In Pictou N.S.; the Loyalists came to Nova Scotia in 1782-1783. They arrived, on the Mayflower.
We are 3 km away from the Trenton Military Base, also a Steel Factory.
On exit 25, There is the Westray Mine, where the Mine Explosion Disaster happened. It changed ALL the safety laws in Nova Scotia. Many people were killed. This all happened in 1958!
We are 106 km to Cape Breton Island.
Here is a math question for all of you students!~
If I am driving at 110 km/h, how long will it take to go 106 km?
Heres another one!~ :)
I have to drive 300 km, and im driving 100 km/h. How many hours will it take for me to get there?
We just passed the new highway being built, and went under the new overpass, hishway construction!
We have passed East Pictou Middle School.
Thats all for now!

Almost @ Tims. Which is Exit 11. In Stewiacke, Colchester County NS. Our first stop with the trailer! Dad needs Coffee! Haahaha.
We are halfway between the Equator, and the North Pole!
We drove 80 KM so far.

NFLD Road Trip Day 01, March 6th, 2011
Hi everybody! Me and Dad are on our way to Corner Brook, NFLD. We are driving! We have to drive to Cape Breton, and then take the Ferry to Port Aux Basque, then drive to Corner Brook, NFLD. My father is the Safety Supervisor, for a large roofing company, and his job site is the Pepsi Centre, in Corner Brook, NFLD.

Me and my Dad left home @ 10:00 AM. So far we have drove 0 KM!
Soon we will be going on the Highway to go to pick up the trailer at the "Shop", at my Dad's work. The trailer is 24 ft. long, and it has dual wheels. Including the truck, we are 39 ft. long!
